After some light snack it's into the kitchen for the afternoon with Mike to learn how to make the most of abundant summer tomato harvests so you can enjoy the fruits of your labour all through the year.

- Drying
- Understanding canning and preserving safely
The day will conclude with everyone sitting down in the homestead kitchen to enjoy a meal featuring some of the things you have just learned to make, a great chance to chat with Lucy and Mike and ask any questions that have come up through the day
